Iron ore

Iron ore

Iron ore is known as the raw material for steel production, and about 98 percent of the world's mining of this material is done for the purpose of steel production. The steel metal produced is also completely recyclable and can be used as a raw material for the production of steel products with the same initial quality. This element is easily oxidized, and its alloy, which is prepared using various elements, especially nickel and chromium, is used to increase the strength of buildings and other things. This mineral is mined in about 50 countries around the world, and Australia and Brazil are known as the largest exporters of this product, and China is known as its largest importer.
Pellet

Pellet

Pellets are one of the raw materials used in the production of steel sections, which are made using powder obtained during the extraction process or crushed iron ore. After crushing, iron ore is used as a concentrate in the manufacture of pellets. To obtain concentrated iron ore, impurities are removed and its iron content is higher than that of extracted iron ore. The size of these particles must be a maximum of 45 microns.
Sponge iron

Sponge iron

Sponge iron or DRI (direct reduction iron) is a material obtained by reducing iron ore (in the form of lumps, pellets or scrap) directly, i.e. without melting. During the direct reduction process, due to the release of oxygen gas, the iron ore is transformed into spherical pieces that have small holes on their surface like a sponge. This appearance characteristic is the reason for the specific name of this product.
Concentrate

Concentrate

Iron concentrate is a secondary product of raw iron ore, which is in the form of a black powder. This method is used to increase the quality and grade of the extracted iron ore. Iron concentrate is also one of the raw materials in making sponge iron pellets and briquettes. The high-grade method does not produce any substances harmful to human health and nature, and there will be no waste at the end of the work. In addition, it takes less time and money to convert iron ore into concentrate; therefore, this production method is often considered by industry owners. Iron concentrate is called iron concentrate in English.
Steel ingot

Steel ingot

Steel ingots are one of the most practical types of ingots in the world. A study of history shows that ingot making was first done during the Achaemenid period; but ingot making was not only related to the Achaemenids, and ancient discoveries show that the use of gold and silver ingots as money was widespread in the world. We have all probably seen pyramids of gold ingots in films or recorded images from major global banks;

Petrochemical base raw materials

1. Ethylene: Ethylene is one of the most important raw materials in the petrochemical industry 2. Propylene: Propylene is also a vital material in the petrochemical industry 3. Benzene: Benzene is obtained from the distillation of crude oil and is used as a raw material for the production of various chemicals, including styrene and phenylene. 4. Toluene: Toluene is another basic raw material that is obtained from crude oil and is used as a solvent in various industries.
Petrochemical intermediate raw materials

Petrochemical intermediate raw materials

1. Polyethylene: Polyethylene is produced from ethylene and is used in various industries including packaging, pipe production, and home appliance production. 2. Polypropylene: Polypropylene is produced from propylene and is used in various industries including automotive, packaging, and home appliance production due to its high resistance to heat and chemicals. 3. Styrene: Styrene is a substance produced from gasoline. 4. Phenoline: Phenoline is obtained from gasoline and is used as a raw material for the production of resistant plastics and other chemicals.
